First, we'll add a free regeneration credit to your account. Use it to generate a new result — different runs often land significantly better.
Still not happy? We'll issue a refund. Refunds on single-photo purchases are processed in full. Refunds on multi-photo packs cover unused credits only — credits already spent on generations are non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
